Foodventures are officially the Friday norm. (I can dig it.) This past Friday, a couple of friends and I decided to try a local Turkish restaurant called Bosphorous, and ended up staying to get dessert at Kilwins and shop around for a bit. And it was finally cold, for about twenty-four hours…

We’ve been doing beauty looks since we first met – it’s basically what we bonded over. He has finally launched his gorgeous website; www.PeterPratts.info! This week, we worked on two new looks.
This is what I wore on Valentine’s Day. Was it what I had planned for the night’s festivities? Not at all. I had been envisioning a floral playsuit (that had shorts instead of actual pants) with lace-up heeled sandals and the peachy nude lips I debuted last week on here. I tried so hard to make it work with tights, but it the playsuit demands to be worn on its own with a pair of smokin’ hot heels. Although it was nice and warm during the day, once the sun went down, it was in the 40’s, which is pretty unusual (unless there’s a cold front). Hi everyone! Happy Valentine’s Day…or in my case, Galentine’s Day! I’ll just be spending my evening with my closest friends, doing what we do best – eating, drinking, and being merry (in the form of karaoke and going to the movies). It’s great to be able to be spoiled by a loved one on Valentine’s Day, but I think it’s better to spoil yourself. I may be biased, but nothing compares to the love you have for yourself.
Hey everyone! Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, and my best friend did a look on me the other day that is perfect for a night-time occasion this weekend. I love the pop of color right underneath the waterline, it’s such a great take on the classic brown smokey eye. This mini photoshoot was inspired by Kim Kardashian’s T-Mobile commercial, so pay no mind to all of my silly selfie faces.

Last Friday was my Genetics exam (I don’t think it was a disaster, but you can never be too sure until you see your grade), and Maria and I decided to go on an adventure afterwards to celebrate. We wanted to get the chocolate we had at the wine, cheese, and chocolate tasting we went to the previous Friday, as well as try lunches at the cheese shop at East End Market.
Hi everyone! Happy February! I’ve been meaning to do a post all week, but due to my first round of exams, I’ve been studying almost non-stop.
